Tryout Information
Oly Fire Tryouts
Tryouts are held in early August for the following summer season.
Guidelines:
• The age groups are decided on a players age as of January 1 the
following year.
• The 10 and under, 12 and under, and 14 and under are closed to girls
residing in the Olympia School District.
• The 16 and under and the 18 and under tryouts are open to any player
from any town who is interested.
• Participants should bring cleats, a glove, a batting helmet, and a
bat.
Tryouts are a chance for girls to learn and get a feel for what skills
are required to play Oly Fire. Even if your daughter is not ready or not
interested (yet) in trying out, attending the event can be extremely
helpful.
